Terms of Service

Last updated August 20, 2026

The short version. Tylt tracks bets you placed somewhere else and shows you your real record. We never take your bet and never hold your money. Nothing here is betting advice and we do not promise you will win. You must be 21 or over. Disputes go to individual arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days — section 16 tells you how.

1. This agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and HRH Labs LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Tylt”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Tylt iOS app and the tylt.bet website. By using Tylt you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Tylt.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and is part of this agreement.

2. Who can use Tylt

You may use Tylt only if all of these are true:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You are in the United States.
  • You are legally allowed to use a product like this where you are, and you are not on a self-exclusion list that would prohibit it.
  • You have an account with us. Anyone eligible can make one; we may still decline or revoke access.

You are responsible for knowing the law where you are. Sports betting is regulated differently in every state, and Tylt is not a substitute for knowing your own rules.

3. What Tylt is — and what it is not

Tylt never takes your bet and never holds your money. There is no wallet, deposit, withdrawal, balance or bet placement anywhere in Tylt. We are not a sportsbook, not a broker, and not a money transmitter. Every bet you have was placed with someone else, and settling it is between you and them.

Tylt is for information and entertainment only, and we do not promise you will win. Nothing in Tylt — no figure, no record, no reply from the assistant — is betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. Past results, yours or anyone else’s, do not predict future results. Every decision to bet is yours alone, and you bear the whole risk of it.

Tylt is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any sportsbook.

4. Your account

You get an account by signing in with Apple; a small number of accounts we set up ourselves sign in with an email address and a password instead. Keep those credentials secure — anyone who can sign in as you can see your record. Give us accurate information, particularly your date of birth and state, since we use them to check eligibility. One account per person. Tell us at support@tylt.bet if you think someone else has access to your account.

5. Connecting a sportsbook

Connecting a sportsbook is optional. If you do, you authorize us and our provider SharpSports to read your betting history from that sportsbook on your behalf, so we can grade and display it. This access is read-only: it cannot place, change or cancel a bet, and it cannot move money.

  • Your relationship with your sportsbook is governed by their terms, not ours, and connecting it to Tylt may be subject to those terms. That is between you and them.
  • What Tylt shows you depends on what the sportsbook reports. If they are slow, incomplete or wrong, so are we.
  • You can disconnect a sportsbook at any time.

6. The AI assistant

Tylt’s assistant answers questions about your own betting using figures computed from your record. Like all AI systems it can be incomplete or wrong, and you should not treat its output as fact without checking. It is not betting advice, and it is designed not to tell you what to bet or how much. Do not rely on it for any decision that matters to you financially.

7. How you may not use Tylt

You agree not to:

  • Use Tylt for anything unlawful, or where it is prohibited.
  • Fabricate, manipulate or misrepresent a betting record, including anyone else’s.
  • Get around the eligibility checks, an account suspension, or any other limit we put in place.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute data from Tylt, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or models, except where the law says you may.
  • Interfere with Tylt’s operation or security, or access another member’s account or data.
  • Harass, abuse or impersonate anyone.
  • Access another person’s sportsbook account through Tylt.

8. Your content, and ours

What you put into Tylt — your bets, notes and messages — stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display it for the purpose of operating Tylt, including showing it back to you and, where you have chosen to make something public, showing it to others. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the anonymous, non-identifying research data described in our Privacy Policy.

Tylt itself — the app, the site, the name, the design and everything we create — belongs to us. These Terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use it, and nothing more.

9. Responsible gaming

Tylt is built to show you the truth about your betting, including when that truth is unwelcome. It is not a treatment service and cannot assess whether your gambling is harming you.

You can pause your account from Settings → Responsible Gaming. If betting stops being fun, help is free and available 24/7: 1-800-GAMBLER, the National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

10. Tylt is early software

Features may change or disappear, data may be imperfect, and we do not promise it will be available or uninterrupted. We may modify or discontinue any part of it at any time.

11. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Tylt at any time, and you can delete your account and its contents from Settings → Help & About → Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to, or if we discontinue Tylt. Sections 3, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 survive the end of this agreement.

12. Third parties

Tylt depends on services we do not control, including Apple, SharpSports and your sportsbook, and it may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for them, their content, or their practices.

13. Disclaimer

Tylt is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy or results. We do not warrant that Tylt will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it shows is accurate or complete.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HRH Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any lost profits, lost bets, lost winnings, or lost data, arising out of or relating to Tylt — whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to Tylt will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, while Tylt is free, is zero) or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HRH Labs LLC and its members, officers and agents from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Tylt, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Disputes, arbitration, and how to opt out

Please email support@tylt.bet first — nearly everything can be sorted out informally, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try before starting a formal proceeding.

Arbitration. Except as stated below, you and HRH Labs LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to Tylt or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in New York County, New York, or by video or telephone at your election, and the arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could.

No class actions. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.

You can opt out of arbitration. Email support@tylt.bet with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and the email address on your account, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your account — this section simply will not apply to you, and disputes will go to the courts described in section 17.

What is not covered. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either of us may seek an injunction in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized access. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim goes to court and the rest of this section still applies to everything else.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Tylt after that means you accept the new Terms; if you do not, delete your account.

19. Everything else

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about Tylt. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for Tylt. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
